We are in the processing of acquiring 2,000+ acres of dry and fertile lands in the suitable locations of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra to meet our Macadamia investor’s needs and demands. At Bahuvida Limited, we not only sell estates; we regard estates as a means for our customers to achieve their true wealth, it means we help our customers to invest in their dreams. We do this because we are devoted in protecting nature, mother-earth and then earning great profits for our investors. In this practice, we sell the Macadamia estate to the investors including all developments such as plantation, drip irrigation, electricity, roads, bore-wells, boundary fencing, community hall, testing lab, workers quarters, recreation facilities, stock godown, machinery like tractors and water tankers, and other necessary farm tools and tackles. After completion of estate land registration on investor's name, we take complete responsibility of the same estate to maintain at least for a period of 10 year with year wise Macadamias price guarantee through a registered MOA on a profit sharing basis 75% - 15% - 10% (seventy five percent to the Estate Owner – fifteen percent to the Bahuvida Limited as a royalty – ten percent for the estate maintenances) where estate owner no need to pay any maintenance expenditure incurred for the estate separately.
