Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent aligned with company goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute investment strategies for private markets (agriculture, agribusiness, manufacturing).
  • Identify and evaluate individual/private investment opportunities with financial analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships (individual and institutional).
  • Support in due diligence and deal structuring with potential investors.
  • Monitor and manage investment portfolios, ensuring they meet financial goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on capital-raising strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in private investment handling (Banking, Real Estate, Corporate funding).

  • Identify and establish relationships with farmers (B2C clients) and resale distributors (B2B clients).
  • Lead business development efforts for our Agribusiness, focusing on new markets across the country.
  • Conduct market research to analyze Macadamia plantation trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and sales operations.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Agribusiness sales (preferably in plants, seeds, organic farming, contract farming, or specialty agriculture products).
  • Strong B2C and B2B sales and negotiation skills with an understanding of domestic agribusiness and farmer markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in an emerging Macadamia market.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for business expansion.
