Bahuvida Limited is proud to announce the establishment of India's first of its kind Macadamia nuts manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. Spread over 2 acres of compound which is quite adjacent to ORR service road, this state-of-the-art robust processing unit is slated to commence operations by the end of 2026 with the cool room storage facility for 2,000 tonnes of Macadamia nuts. This unit is going to act as 360° Macadamia processing right from Dehusking, Drying, Cracking, Sorting, Roasting, Packing and forwarding. In general, process of drying the Macadamia nut in shell to a specific moisture level and is critical in managing post-harvest nut quality. Our proposed automated curing systems ensure consistent drying, reducing mould and quality degradation risks. In this upcoming process plant, we use an in-line x-ray sorting machine. X-ray technology is crucial in sorting due to its ability and precision in detecting internal defects within the shelled nut. X-rays penetrate the shell and can detect hidden issues such as insect damage, mould or kernel imperfections. This advanced processing method ensures only high-quality nuts reaching the consumers.

Our Manufacturing unit is designed to process 100 tonnes of Macadamia nuts per day, adhering to stringent national and international food safety standards.
