Our flagship company, Bahuvida Limited is managed under the leadership of its Board of Directors. The directors as a group provide core competencies such as estates development, managerial experience, deep industry knowledge, financing, business development, strategic planning and execution.
The Board follows a collective leadership model, wherein the department heads are empowered to use their specific domain experience not just to take charge of day to day affairs relating to the various developmental activities, but also encouraged to participate in the planning and execution of long-term objectives of the company. The top management team, headed by the Chairman and Managing Director, is responsible to achieve the financial objectives set forth by the Board of Directors towards all stakeholders of the company.

Mr. Balakrishnamraju Mudunuri
aged about 42 years, a first generation entrepreneur, is the Founder & Chairman of Bahuvida Limited and its subsidiary companies. He is a Graduate in Political Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is overall in-charge of management and actively involved in the day-to-day operations and key decisions making process.
He has been part of the Agriculture and Food Processing Committee (FTCCI) 2018-19. He closely associated with various Real Estate Development forums and also Go-Green initiatives in Telangana. He is an accomplished professional with rich and cross-functional experience in business development across the farming, real estate and foreign trade. He possesses an innate ability for identifying investment prospects and out of the box thinking.
His unparalleled networking and public relations management skills have ensured that Bahuvida Limited interactions with customers and various parts of the Govt. are fruitful and productive. He has been responsible for company’s long-term strategies and global growth.
A calculated risk taker with deep industry knowledge; over the two decades of extensive business experience, competent leadership and industry network have transformed the company from a small entity into a public limited company within short span of its inception. He has been instrumental in establishing Bahuvida Limited as a professional and corporate farming company specializing in Macadamia and Bioleather plantations development.
He is a visionary with an uncompromising spirit and an eye for detail. His capabilities have drawn the best of professionals from different fields that bring together their rich knowledge and expertise to the common platform. Under his able leadership, the company has been growing consistently and enjoys a good reputation in the market. His vision is to make Bahuvida Limited a vertically integrated world-class enterprise by implementing robust mechanism.

Mr. Murthy Raju Kalidindi
aged about 43 years, a first generation entrepreneur, is the Co-founder & Managing Director of Bahuvida Limited and its subsidiary companies. He completed his Graduation from Andhra University.
He has more than two decade of construction and farming experience. Prior to Bahuvida Limited, Mr. Murthy Raju was closely worked with many infrastructure and estates development companies. His expertise and extensive knowledge of the farming and estates development is an added advantage to the company. As a highly proficient individual, he is also responsible for the day-to-day developmental activities of the company as he has widespread corporate experience.
His tremendous experience and extraordinary track record in various projects has ushered Bahuvida Limited onto a glorious path. His guidance has made Bahuvida Limited more acclaimed and a well-known company in delivering the highly profitable corporate farming projects in Hyderabad. At Bahuvida Limited, he has been instrumental in multiplying revenues by expanding land-bank and also plays key-role in the company’s business development strategies.
As a young leader with management principles he is significant in strengthening the existing alliances and forging new alliances in tapping core competencies to enable Bahuvida Limited’s foray into new-age commercial agribusiness. He is also very significant in driving the company’s fiscal planning, marketing strategies and human resource initiatives. He is overall responsible for successfully execution of the projects.
